Tax Credit Extension!
Attention Everyone! Good news, good news....
The Federal Stimulus Tax Credit has been Extended and Expanded.
$8000 for First Time Home Buyers Only.
$6500 for Buyers who have owned their current home for the last 5 consecutive years.
Income requirements are: $125,000 for single individuals & $225,000 for married individuals.
You must have an Accepted Offer by April 30, 2010 and must be closed by June 30, 2010.
